 Hampshire County Council adheres to the requirements of the Data Protection legislation. Hampshire County Council is registered on the public register of data controllers which is looked after by the Information Commissioner.  
 The information you have provided in this form will be used to understand views on the themes for the Hampshire Commission of Inquiry – Vision for 2050. By completing this form you provide consent for the County Council to use the information and views expressed for this purpose.
 The legal basis for our use of this information is to ensure the task is carried out in the public interest in the exercise of official authority vested in the County Council.
 Your views on themes will be considered and shared with Commissioners and theme experts involved with the Commission of Inquiry – Vision for Hampshire 2050, however responses will only be attributed to individuals if they are invited (and accept) to provide further information at a theme hearing session.
 No decisions will be made upon the individual views given however the personal details collected may enable the potential profiling of views received to help further understand an emerging Hampshire Vision for 2050. This will not affect the views submitted. Individuals have the right to object to profiling and therefore submitting personal information is optional.
 This form will be stored securely and retained for one year following the end of the evidence gathering period before being deleted or destroyed. The views obtained however may be used to support the ongoing work and outcomes from the Commission of Inquiry – Vision for Hampshire 2050.
 The personal data being collected in this form is not part of a statutory or contractual requirement or obligation.
